I have used this recipe many times to make pizza dough in my bread maker.
1 cup + 2 tbsp water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
3 cups flour
2 tsp yeast
Follow usual breadmaker procedure… liquids first, then dry, then yeast. My breadmaker has a “dough” setting which I used. At the end of the cycle, the dough is ready to punch down and shape into pizza pans. This recipe was enough for two 14″ pans.
